Clear, golden color. Big, white head. Malt, bread, and floral notes in the aroma. Sweet malty taste with moderate bitterness at the end. Surprisingly decent.

Poured from 500 ml bottle into pint glass. Large white head falls quickly with mild lacing. Color is slightly hazy gold. Small amount of streaming carbonation. Aroma of floral and grassy hops, cracker, bread dough. Mouthfeel is medium and sticky with a slightly damp finish. Flavor of sourdough, floral hops, cereal grain and corn. Overall: good but not great.

Look: Opaque dark golden in color with a quick-forming and quickly settling white head that leaves behind spotty lacing
Aroma: Cereal grains, bread, some fruity esters, and a sweet corn-like note throughout
Taste: Fruity corn is the initial hit followed by some bread-like malt notes and cereal grains. More chewy and sweet corn holds the middle down and lasts through the finish alongside more grains
Mouthfeel: Full – almost in the chewy realm, medium carbonation, and a soft and sweet finish
Overall: I’m not digging this one. The sweet corn notes throughout screams of a cheaply-made beer and reminds me of a malt liquor. They call this a golden ale but maybe by golden they meant golden corn as that is really the dominant flavor/aroma here. I’d choose almost any mainstream macro lager over this if given the choice any and every time. I wanted to try it as the writing on the bottle is all foreign and the only info in English comes from a gov’t label that has the usual alcohol warning, ABV, and import info and though I’m glad I did, if anything it is to know to avoid future purchases of it. Oh well, you can’t win them all and it’ll make the next beer taste that much better. Only a $4/500mL gamble too
