450ml bottle from Eastern European, Ukrainian and Baltic Food Shop, Glasgow (£2.39):
Very pale golden with a thin white & slightly bubbly lacing on top. A light bitterness on the nose, faint esrht notes but fairly bland. More bitter with the taste, a little floral too but not particularly interesting - the body is light but not quite thin at least.

Wow I thought I had already reviewed this. From a plastic bottle (which I bought by mistake from a delivery). Owned by Carlsberg Ukraine I believe, which is actually pretty good (Ukrainian brewed Calrsberg).
It's impossibe I think to be worse than Opilia and Obolon.
Drinking after a Ukrainian Carlsberg (possibly from the same brewery). Light head and light colour. Ok aroma..but kind of effervescent like sherbert. Maybe not ok actually.
Hops are light. Malt is also light. Some funky flavours happening also. Tastes natural. When I tried brewing my own wine and cider, it had similar yeastie funkiness as this.
Taste definitely has lots of different elements. Pure yeastie funk. Tastes totally unpasturized and unfiltered. Like a beer in a bar almost. I kind of like it. I think better in the plastic bottle than from the can or glass bottle. Reminds me a little of a Polish beer called Kasztelan (also unpasteurized and unfiltered).
This bottle is rather big and the more I drink, the more I like. This tastes much better than the glass bottle. Maybe it is fresher and less pasteurized. Flavours of banana skins, prunes, citrus peel, funk and spunk.
And amazing value. So so so so much better than Opilia and Obolon. And amazing value.
