Though ostensibly an Irish stout, Otto Mulligans tilts slightly to the sweet. It starts with a dense carpet of micro-bubbled nitro-head that imparts a full wall of tan lace. The light roasty nose is complimented by the tastes of chocolate, cream, and coffee. It is black as a starless night, smooth to the tongue, and deliciously easy to drink.
Otto Mulligans is made in part with 6-row barley grown on the brewers family farm. Mild mannered, friendly, and satisfying.
