Cask. Mid amber with a dense, light tan head. Lacing rings to the bottom.
Smells of sweet caramel malt with a touch of earthy hops.
The above continues into the taste with a mid bitter finish.
A soft cask conditioned feel yet well carbonated.
A traditional EB.

Appearance: copper, good clarity, light tan fine-beaded foam, OK head retention
Aroma: luscious passion-fruity hops, strawberry and pear fruitiness, caramel
Flavor: medium malt sweetness, caramel, grapefruit bitterness, orange marmalade; finishes semi-dry with a brief hoppy breath of bitterness
Mouthfeel: medium body, pert carbonation, soft texture
Other comments: A good, solid pale ale with a complex hop bouquet/flavor. Quite scrumptious.
