Wylam've done it again.
Very hazy yellow with a two fingers head and a great lacing.
Hints of diacetyl on the nose. Which is not a bad thing in this one. A bit of pine, a bit of pineapple, mango and orange. Some floral notes.
The taste follows with a great piney bitterness. Some berries notes. A certain spiciness is noted too
It has just the right amount of sweetness to balance the whole thing.
The mouthfeel is smooth and nicely carbonated.
Greatly crafted pale ale.

CAN
Milky blonde; lime curd, lemon verbena, and white melon; speck of dough then underripe pineapple, spice, kumquat, slight peach and a touch of grass; jagged little linger; soft enough.

Galaxy, BRU-1
Defo not Galaxy on its own: more melon, pepper, and tart citrus than any of that lush tropical fruit you get from Australian hops. Not strictly NEIPA, either - notable IBUs for the strength. Opens into waxy, greasy, apricot skin. More challenging than the usual fruity little number from these guys, and better for it, especially for an APA. Bang for your buck.
