Pours a thick reddish purple with very little foam. What there is is slightly pink.
Smell is tart wth notes of raspberries, black currants and some youghurt.
Taste is tart and dry. Raspberries, blackberries and black currants are joined by some citrusy bitterness and a hint of youghurt.
Mouthfeel is thin with prickly carbonation.
Overall, a very tasty and balanced sour.
