Pours a hazy golden amber, orange coloration with a medium, foamy head. Smell is rather hoppy, with notes of citrus/tropical fruit: orange, mango and papaya as well as a light, grassy dankness. Taste follows the nose, being quite bright and hoppy with some light biscuity malt and notes of zesty citrus and sweet tropical fruits: orange, mango, papaya that turn somewhat tart/acidic in the aftertaste, as well as a very light grassy, herbal dankness. Finsihes rather sweet, with a very light bitterness and light hop burn, as well as some citrus/tropical fruits lingering in the aftertaste. Smooth mouthfeel with a medium body and carbonation.
This is your typical Citra/Mosaic DDH NEIPA and not a particularly great one, I really had higher hopes for this considering the collaborating breweries. It's a good brew with some nice hoppy citrus/tropical fruit notes, but lacks the balance, juiciness and mouthfeel to be truly great.
