Collaboration with North Brewing Co. & Track Brewing Company
Second annual report: Due to the overwhelming success of lasts years LMN DIPA brewed with our fellow juice junkies TRACK & NORTH we decided to tweak and brew V2 here at The Palace of Arts.
SIMCOE, IDAHO 7, CENTENNIAL, SABRO and CITRA play centre stage blasting out crushing reverberations of thick tropical fruit, over ripe stone fruit, fresh citrus and creamy coconut.

Very hazy dark golden colour with a three fingers white head
Nose on the resinous side, with floral notes, herbal notes (mint?), and loads of mango.
The taste follows with a bit of earthy coconut. Some maltiness which reminds you this is dipa.
The mouthfeel is juicy
A very original profile for this hazy dipa

Pours a hazy golden amber, peach coloration with a medium, fluffy head. Smells of biscuity malt and tropical fruit: mango, passion fruit, pineapple, with lighter notes of coconut and citrus fruit: orange, as well as just a hint of herbal accents. Taste follows the nose, being quite dominated by juicy tropical fruit and lighter citrus fruit, with notes of mango, passion fruit, pineapple, coconut and orange, as well as some biscuity malt and just a hint of herbal accents and resinous pine. Finishes with a light bitterness and some tropical fruit, herbs and pine lingering in the aftertaste. Soft, pillowy mouthfeel with a medium body and carbonation.
Very tropical NEIPA with some quite juicy and diverse tropical notes, even some coconut from the Sabro hops, rounded out by lighter, zesty citrus notes and herbal and piney accents. Quite enjoyable.

Got this from the Duvel guy in Utrecht
From a 440ml can into a pint glass
Hops: Simcoe, Idaho 7, Centennial, Citra and Sabro
Collaboration with Track Brewing and North Brewing
APPEARANCE: Pours a two finger, medium looking, foamy and creamy white head with very good retention. Cloudy, opaque amber orange in color with no carbonation. Head slowly recedes to a thin, faint wisp and leaves some lacing on the glass.
SMELL: Wheat malts with tropical fruits, mango and lots of pineapple, with some melon, citrus and hints of pine on the nose. Bold and plenty fruity.
TASTE: Lots of tropical fruits up front, with pineapple, mango, some honeydew melon and piney hops initially. Bold and flavorful. Some light bitterness at the swallow, moving into a bold and lingering finish of tropical fruits, pineapple, mango, melon flavors, a touch of passionfruit, as well as some light piney bitterness. Hints of caramel sweetness and wheat as well.
PALATE: Medium-fuller body and medium carbonation. Creamy smooth on the palate, goes down smooth and finishes somewhat drier on the palate. A touch of alcohol as well. Really nice.
OVERALL: This is great. Good look and feel on it, with more of the tropical fruit character that this style is so well known for. Lots of the good stuff going on here. Really enjoyed this and would recommend it to anyone interested in the style. Cheers!
