Pours a pitch black body with some head for some time.
It's a whole thing about vanilla beans. The nose is all about it. With a bit of chocolate too.
The taste follows. It seems like vanilla ice cream with some burnt/toasted coconut flake on top.
There certainly some maltodextrin added to have this velvety mouthfeel which seems a bit untrue.

Can split between half pint glasses at Brewed Boy.
Dark chocolate, opaque, medium viscosity. Thin ring of beige head circling the glass. Minimal lace as the beer falls.
Nose of raisins and alcohol. Mildly bitter with date, raisin and long boozy persimmon-flavor finish--a little astringency not entirely unlike permissions.
Enjoyed and would order again.
