Exploiting Citra to its farthest reach, a Double IPA of heady citradelic heights. Plumped up to busting point with body building grains and cereals then flushed out into the stratosphere using all known variants of the Citra variety. Brash, ballsy and bold with a brainwashing hash of lemon sherbet, bitter grapefruit zest, green pine shots, apricot flesh, passion fruit, mango pulp and desecrated pineapple.

Pours a hazy, deep orange coloration with a small, fluffy head. Smells of biscuity malt and citrus/tropical hops, with zesty citrus notes of grapefruit and lime peel dominating, as well as lighter mango. Taste is an excellent balance of biscuity malt and dank, bitter hops, with fruity citrus and tropical notes of grapefruit, lime peel, mango, guava and lighter orange and pineapple. Finishes with a medium bitterness and some grapefruit, lime peel, mango, guava and dank accents lingering in the aftertaste. Smooth mouthfeel with a medium body and carbonation.
An excellent single-hopped Citra IPA, probably the best I've ever had, that really brings out Citra's bitter, dank and pungent qualities, with some quite zesty citrus and somewhat lighter, tangy tropical notes that feel incredibly vibrant and expressive, while finishing with a great bitterness as well. Overall, a fantastic DIPA that showcases Citra very well while drinking surprisingly easy for the ABV.
