On tap at the brewpub...
Cler medium gold color, head's a little on the scant side, a semi-opaque skin. Little squiggly laces. Relatively floral aroma, a bit of a sweet pollen-like impression. Stiffly hopped, cuts through the simple caramel malt quickly and with a gravelly bite of caraway and a slight anise. Lighter mouthfeel. Aftertaste has a little vinegar acidity. Doesn't strike me well, but this is no boring tasteless Lager -- it makes a point.
