This amber lager traditionally served for autumn celebrations. Combines a moderate bitterness & malty base with a clean finish.

On tap from a first run featured at the Autumn Brew Review...due on tap for regulars Ocober 10 or so...
Clear auburn amber, nice yellowish head of 1/4 inch. Scant lace, mostly incomplete rings. Very bready aromas, a little sweetness. Flavor is close to baking powder biscuits, doughy and spare with minimal sweetness. Slight sense of prickly cinnamon. Mouthfeel is medium light and tight, finishes with a bitterish snap. Decent O-Fest, one of the dryer ones I've had, compares somewhat with Paulaner but could use more body and malty sweet flavors to counter balance.
