It doesn't seem too far on GoogleMaps, but Bierland seemed forever to get to after Wunder Bier. Maybe if there weren't speed bumps in the road and sections limiting the speed to 40km/h, I would have gotten here faster. Such is the folly of being an American tourist driving in Brazil....
There's gated, ample parking just outside the brewery and restaurant. It has a very "open" feel, by that there are no windows, doors, or much of a wall between the restaurant and parking lot. In fact, it feels like you heading into somebody's garage to hang out. There are plenty of seats and tables in the house, especially on a quiet Monday night.
While German music and Brazilian country played, I was looking at the menu. There are 5 different house beers on-tap, including the love or hate it "chopp de vinho" too commonly found. A few more options are available from the bottle, which includes the brewery's Imperial Stout and Strong Golden Ale. Different varieties of glassware are utilized with the beer, and Bierland does provide some quality beers.
Consider spending some money here, because here, Bierland provides great value on their food, beer, and merchandise. Most 600 ml bottles go for just R$9 (including "for here" drinking), and 300 ml drafts are just R$3.90! Even the food, while may seem like a lot of money, provides huge portions, which I found out with a sausage and fries order.
It's a bit of a drive, but worth it in the end. Bierland makes some good stuff, and your Real will go farther here than at Wunder Bier or Eisenbahn.
