The liquid is clear, the colour rust red. The two finger head is off-white. Lots of lacing.
The smell is a bit tart with notes of brown malt and crisp bread. Some American hops. Citric notes and flowers. Lots of bitterness and German lager yeast.
Floral notes and caramel. Dried fruits. Medium sweetness and spicy-yeasty notes. Medium to full body. Grassy hops in the aftertaste, balanced tart hints and bitter notes. The finish is short and malty.
The carbonation is strong and fresh; short-lived large bubbles. Medium smooth liquid.
A pleasant dunkel with a pleasant addition of new world hops.
