Nov. 2017: 330 ml bottle, Cardinal Oub & Bar, Stavanger. ABV is 11%. Cloudy brown colour, small off-white head. Aroma of Sauternes and botrytis cinerea, grapes, raisins, apricot and oak. The medium sweet and fruity flavour has the same elements as the aroma, but the oak and dark dried fruits are now more distinct. The finish has surprisingly distinct and fairly sharp hops.
