This was drawn from the cellar into my mug club mug.
It showcases the Amarillo and Glacier Hops.
A- Amber/Copper in color served with 1/2" off white head. Clear and bright.
A-Very floral hops, bright happy hops. light malt undertone.
T- Citrus (not overly grapefruit)/ Floral Hops that fit very well into the APA style. Good balance of malt on the tongue. Aftertaste of bitter hops.
M- Medium light mouthfeel that fites well into this style.
D- Very drinkable beer. If you like APA's you'll like this one. I'd like to see this aged and try it again in a month.
