Served in a pint glass, around 45 degrees F at the 3 Rivers Pizzeria. A brilliant golden orange in color, with just a hint of chill haze. Hardly any head, but filled to the brim of the glass! Smell was of zesty herbal hops. Taste was a fanastic clean malt beginning, herbal, earthy and citrus hop middle, and clean, bracing bitterness in the finish. WOW! Super fresh beer. Mouthfeel was rich and nice low carbonation. Drinkability for a DIPA was great, this is a fantastic beer, IMO Three Rivers Best beer. When I initially reviewed this beer, I mistook it to be the Double Bus on cask which i did not like. This beer, however is outstanding.

A MUST try for hop heads!!!

A- pours a golden copper clear color with 1" white-cream head. Leaves great lacing.
A-Citrus pine hops dominates this brew.
T-As the aroma is is very hopsy but well balanced in the types of hops. It has some malty sweetness as a backnote.
M- Perfect carbonation with medium body. The high alcohol content is not overwhelming.
D- This is a great double IPA. I am well pleased with this offering from 3RB. I would suggest it to anyone who likes a 2xIPA.
