Served in a standard pint glass, around 40 degrees F. Pale golden body, super clear, with a medium, super creamy white head. Smell was faintly of grain. Taste was of sweet pale malt up front, a nice earthy bitterness in the middle, and a cracker like bready finish. Mouthfeel was good, slightly low carbonation for the style. Quite drinkable, a very good Pilsner from Three Rivers.
