The locals favorite! Gold Medal winner at the NM State Fair; copper-red in color, medium bodied, carmel malt with a nice hop balance.

Served in a pint glass, around 40 degrees F. Appearance was a brilliant clear red with a small, creamy off-white head. Smell was of citrusy hops. Taste was A nice caramel front, with a earthy and citrus hop middle, and a nice bitter finish to balance things out. Mouthfeel was smooth, nice low carbonation levels. Drinkability was great, this is an excellent ale, that I plan to get again next time I am in Farmington, NM. It was brewed about 30 feet from the table I was sitting at and was super fresh.
