Served with a medium off-white head, and a light golden copper color. Smell was rather muted, a hint of citrus. Taste was a big pine flavor upfront, followed by some caramel, finishing with a Huge pineapple and mango flavor. Sweet apricot aftertaste, very nice. Mouthfeel is rich, nice low smooth carbonation. Overall a fantastic beer. Citra is definitely my favorite American style hop. The only negative side to this beer was it's limited aroma, but the taste more than made up for it.
