Amber in color with a creamy light tan head. Smells lightly of citrus. The taste is a bit grainy up front, followed by some sweet bread middle, and a mild leafy hop finish. Very low bitterness. Mouthfeel is wierd, likely due to the nitrogen. Overall good, though I suspect this beer would be better without the nitro-tap.
