Poured in a decent amber color with a reasonable amount of foam. The smell was bitter, perhaps a little smokey. The first taste was bitter chicory and flowery, dry, sweet hint of caramel, and almost a ittle watery. Not a bad drink. Over average specimen of amber ale.
