12oz can. Poured out a clear, golden burgundy color with a small, khaki-colored head of foam. It left some sudsy lacing on the glass. It smelled of toasted caramel, roasted malt and some floral notes. Sweet caramel and toffee taste with some toasted notes. Mild bitterness.

From a twelve ounce can, this brew is a rich copper color, capped with a firm white foam. Medium intensity malt aroma with a bit of hop sharpness. More hops than usual for the style, but it is a very flavorful and well made beer. Medium-full in body. Excellent and enjoyable.

Had on tap. Standard caramel malts, some grain but lacking in bready lager body, slight hops as well. Feel is slightly watery and smooth. Smell is best aspect, really letting the caramel star.
