Pours a clear, dark amber color. 1/4 inch head of an off-white color. Good retention and great lacing. Smells of sweet malt, hops, slight roasted malt, and peppermint. Fits the style of an Herbed/Spiced Beer. Mouth feel is sharp and crisp, with an average carbonation level. Tastes of sweet malt, slight roasted malt, slight hops, hint of pale malt, and peppermint. This is an amber ale brewed with peppermint. The peppermint is clearly discerned and does not dominate the other flavors.
