A- Pale amber body, clear with a hint of haze, frothy off-white head that hangs around.
S- Lemon, lemon flesh, a dash of vanilla and barrel.
T- Tastes like a lemon pale ale. Lots of lemon throughout, subtle hints of a whiskey barrel presence.
M- Medium bodied, medium carbonation, lingering bitter finish.
O- A nice beer, less barrel presence than I expected, but not such a bad thing. I was wondering how a lemon pale ale would play with a whiskey barrel, but the subtle barrel influences work well. Worth a try.
