A: Pale copper with a small and soapy white head. Clarity is good, head retention is decent and a nice lace is left behind.
S: Very mild aroma. Brown sugar, nutmeg and a bit of white chocolate make up the nose.
T: Certainly different. Tastes like cookie dough alright. The brown sugar, chocolate and nutmeg from the nose combine with a sweet malt flavor to create quite the combination. A mild amount of alcohol keeps the sweetness from being overpowering. There's no hop bitterness or flavor to speak of. Finishes dry, with a lingering brown sugar sweetness.
M: The light body is soft in the mouth. The carbonation feels appropriately low.
D: This was quite the change of pace. Not something I'd want more than once. More of a novelty beer that I'm sure the brewers had fun creating. I'll give them bonus points for coming up with something unique.
