Appearance- Very clear; middle yellowish color; decent carbonation, thin white head retention
Smell- Subtle malt notes. Very delicate smell with no hops. This would be expected from this style.
Taste- Very smooth from start to finish. Slight bittering notes mix with a malt profile. A very clean finish with a fantastic aftertaste. I love the aftertaste of this beer. A very solid example of the Helles style.
Mouthfeel- I little more harsh than you would expect. Seems to be a mixture of harshness on the tongue. Probably the weakest aspect of the beer.
Drinkability- Very high. You can drink a ton of it.
Overall- Enjoyed this beer. A very pleasant beer from start to finish. Nothing flashy but a very solid and tasty brew. I will easily enjoy drinking this growler.

Pours a half finger of fine white head over a clear light golden liquid. Smells light flowery hops, light vienna-type malt, and mild DMS.
Tastes wet malt with strong hop flavor and mild hop bitter. Some stinging carbonation in the finish contributes a sour tang and metallic flavor in the aftertaste. The finish and aftertaste leave a dry mouth, I guess from hop bitter having its effect. Malt flavor is mostly non-descript, some dusty flour flavor. Hop flavor is floral and earthy both with drying grassy hay and a bit of spicy zing (similar to that of a czech pils, but not as intense). Pretty interesting. Light body with some dextrinous character that keeps flavors around a bit.
