Barrel Aged Saison Botanique (Gin)

Had on tap. Very dark burnt orange with brown tints in the body, off-white ring. Smell really pushes the floral, yeasty and gin notes, very pleasant pairing with wild orange and subtle stone fruit and lemon peel. Taste is more barrel forward, dulling some of the botanicals from the nose that were so fun and vibrant, citrus comes through strong though. Feel is a touch thin with the yeast complexion, barrel is not overbearing but omnipresent. Solid work here
