To my knowledge this beer has only been offered on-the-cask at either the brewery or the Peoria PC's Beer Fest.
This IPA has a rich amber color and is pumped from the cask with about 1/2 inch of an off-white/tan head. The aroma of hops and grapefruit are quite strong. This beer, although, being an IPA, is quite smooth (being a hop head I would have expected an in-your face hop experience), but this beer is hoppy but very drinkable. Don't recall what the alcohol % was, but assume it was 8 to 9 %. A very good cask conditioned IPA.

Presentation: 16oz pint
Appearance: Slightly hazy light amber beer with a thick white film
Smell: Nice citrusy/earthy hops with a touch of caramel
Taste: Quite bitter; grapefruit hops are up front and kind of abrasive; there's not a lot of malt presence to balance this out
Mouthfeel: Medium-bodied
Drinkability: Low-medium
Conclusion: Ok beer at best...I was a bit dissappointed with this one
