Pours a clean/clear orange/amber color, some carbonation, nice little white fizzy head, with some sticky lacing left behind. The nose is malty, sweet, and kinda fruity. The taste is malty, sweet, fruity. Medium body. Drinkable I guess, but what a shame.

Poured into pint glass.

Pours a light layer of off white head. Color is a clear apple cider orange.

Aroma: Not a lot here. Some biscuit malts with apple cider and pear juice. kbutler1 was spot on with the apple junk going on with this beer.

Taste: More apple cider/apple sauce. This tastes nothing like Octoberfest. It has some bready malts. I have no idea if this is even a beer or not. It does have a bit of caramel.

Mouthfeel: Smooth and creamy. Lighter bodied with a medium amount of carbonation. Ends dry and bland.

Overall, I really don't get this beer. It doesn't taste very much like what it should. Is it bad? Not necessarily, but you better be intending on drinking cold apple cider.

Bottle. Pours a very clear apple juice colored orange amber with a very slight head that collars around the glass. The aroma is biscuity and fruity, almost like a bread covered with apple jelly or something like that. Medium mouthfeel with very little carbonation. Pretty sweet up front with a fairly clean aftertaste that has a slight lager like aftertaste. Fairly bland. If anything the saving grace is that at 6% the alcohol is farily unnoticeable. I do hate giving out low sores but this one is just so bland and tasteless that it really needs something more to make it worthwhile.
