The beer comes in the classic clear golden yellow color for this beer.
The aroma has grapefruit juice, melon, some grass, a wonderful aroma.
The flavor follows again with grapefruit pith bitterness throughout. There's then this fruit note that is hard to put my finger on, maybe a honey dew. There's then floral and grassy bitterness on the end. Not much sweetness on this with a bit of a breadiness.
The base beer for this series is fantastic and really shows off this complex hop.
