Every year, Jimmy Carbone of Beer Sessions Radio and Jimmy's No. 43 makes a beer in honor of the late Ray Deter, his old partner, who loved simpler, well- crafted beers of eclectic styles. This year, Jimmy and a number of folks from the NYC homebrewing community teamed up with us to make a traditional Dunkelweizen, a German wheat beer with notes of ripe banana and clove. 5.2% ABV
