Reddish brown color.
Milk chocolate, roasted malts, tastes has the coconut and bourbon. Light to medium body and low carbonation.
Overall a decent stout but strong in the taste.

Notes: This is a variation of their Bolshoi, brewed w/ raspberries & blended w/ first-fill bourbon barrel-aged Bolshoi, 35 IBU. Jet black in color with very little head on the pour. Smell contains only light bourbon and no raspberry. Bourbon flavor is also extremely light in the taste of this offering. The raspberry flavor is almost non-existent. I could not pick it out if it was not mentioned in the description of this beer. The high alcohol content is hidden very well. Glad that I tried this variation, but I would not seek it out again.
