On-tap at Albion, New York, NY
A: The beer is clear yellow in color and has a light amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a half finger high white head that died down, leaving a thin layer of bubbles on the surface, a narrow collar around the edge, and some patches of bubbles down the sides of the glass.
S: Light aromas of blonde malts are present in the nose along with faint hints of cherries.
T: The taste follows the smell, and is malty having a bit stronger flavors of cherries towards the finish.
M: It feels just about medium-bodied, creamy and very smooth on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: The flavors in this beer aren't overly strong, but the beer is easy to drink and has a pleasant mouthfeel.
