Slim 12oz can poured into a snifter.
A: Golden-orange color with good clarity. The off-white head settles in comfortably at a full finger in height and leaves some sticky, webby lacing clinging to the glass.
S: Floral, fruity cannabis. Sliced apricot and mango. Soft and fragrant pine. Citrus flavored gummy candy. Some honey and caramel coming from the malt base.
T: Opens with that fruity and dank cannabis flavor. Pine and resin ride high too. Flashes of apricot, mango, and citrus. Sturdy malt base of caramel, raw honey, and slight toast. Bitterness is firm but not overbearing, clamping down a bit on the back end and lingering into the finish.
M: Full in body and thick. Chewy with almost a bit of stickiness. Hop astringency grips at the tooth enamel. Carbonation is clean and crisp and lifts the texture.
O: Very good. It's the better version of Resin I didn't know I needed. There's a deeper hop complexity at play here that adds a dimension. This should go into full time production.

DDH Resin - Sixpoint
DIPA - 9.1% abv
Canned 2/22/18 (17 days ago)
L - 1-finger dense offwhite head atop a translucent copper body.
S - citrus, caramel malt sweetness, some pine, a little booze.
T - orange-heavy citrus at first. Some other tropical citrus too but mostly orange. A lot of biscuity malt follows, along with the pine and resin from the nose. Rather sweet and boozy.
F - medium body and carb.
O - This is my least favorite of the Resin variants released a few weeks ago, but it’s still quite enjoyable. Fresh Pixel Dust was the clear winner, though.
