An exotic twist on the Citrus Jammer concept—bright, citrusy Yuzu combines with Kaffir Lime and Thai Basil for an incredibly complex yet refreshing beer. Habanero salt gives a little heat to the tangy finish.

S - exotic fruit (yuzu!), salt, lime, sugar.
T - sour yuzu, lime, salt, some spicy peppery burn. Smooth middle. No bitterness. Low sweetness. No booziness.
F - light body with high carb.
