Hazy, translucent gold appearance with a small white head. No lacing, though.
The aroma is sour pineapple, maybe a hint of mango, peach, cracker malt, grassy hops.
The flavor offers pineapple and mango juice, moderate acidity and sourness, lemon zest, tart red apple skin, cracker and biscuit malt, and generic grassy hops. Crisp, clean, and dry with an overall fruity sourness.

Beerhead bar on tap next to PNC Park. Very nice aroma, but surprising sour tang on the taste. Good, but glad we only had a 4oz taste.

L: Had this beer on-tap at Capital Ale House - Innsbrook, poured into a snifter glass. Had a bright orange-yellow color and a cloudy consistency. There was a half inch of foamy, fairly long-lasting head. Good lacing.
S: A sweet, if slightly underwhelming, aroma of hops, citrus and tropical fruit, and malt.
T: Tasted of a small amount of malt (barely noticeable), lots of citrus fruit (orange, in particular), some mild hops (less than expected), and a bit of tropical fruit (papaya, mango). Kind of an uneven flavor here. The hops seem to be barely there, but the fruit elements help out immensely. Not bad.
F: A fair amount of carbonation with a smooth, almost creamy finish. Light-bodied.
O: This is an uneven beer with some good qualities. Not brilliant, but worth a look.

Pours a hazy golden yellow with a finger of white head that becomes nonexistent.
Smells of pineapple, also a tart orange reminiscent of Tang.
The tart bite hits me first, I wasn't expecting a sour IPA but after reading the can again I realized that I should have been. Orange, pineapple, hints of mango.
Medium to full body with a dry finish.
Overall a beer that has me wanting to try others from SixPoint. I'm really becoming a fan of these sour IPAs.

Hazy yellow-orange with a half-finger of bright white head. Sloppy lacing.
Light pineapple and mango in the nose with a strong white pepper impression, sugar cookie malt and some slight grassy hops.
The taste starts out with clear, yet dull, sourness. It's very dry with just hints of the fruit -- like the hard, near-the-core part of a pineapple.
Full bodied with a hint of pulpiness and modest carbonation.
My least favorite Sixpoint to date. It's okay, but there's not much vibrancy to the sourness or the fruit at this point . 7/19/18 canned on date.

Pours a bright hazy orange with a nice frothy white head full of mixed bubbles.
Tart nose straight off the bat. Tropical fruit. I’m loath to name a specific one – it smells more like you have a variety of them in a basket and the scent of each mingles together and arrives to your nose as a single scent.
Tartness followed very quickly by a strong fruity pebble candy-like note. A hint of malt on the back of the tongue for a split second at the end of the sip. Papaya, mango, perhaps a smidge of passion fruit. Definitely pineapple as well with more warmth.
Nicely carbonated, medium body, easily drinkable. The acidity is not excessive, but it makes it refreshing and dry, which begs for another sip.
This is a really great marriage of IPA and kettle sour techniques. Each of them are present in this beer without either outshining the other – it’s more a dance where the fruited sour primes your palate and leads you towards tropical fruit IPA aspects.

Canned 7/19 - about two weeks old.
Perfectly balanced with a pleasant and lingering finish. Truly an enjoyable everyday summer beer with a vibrant color and light mouthfeel.

Stun Gun - Sixpoint
Sour IPA - 6% abv
Canned 7/19/18 (3 days ago)
L - 1/2 finger offwhite head atop a translucent, orange juice-esque body.
S - pineapple is predominant. Some other citrus. Mango. Smells like a drink you’d order from a butler while lying on a private beach.
T - tons of pineapple. Mango comes through more in the taste as well. Biscuity middle. Finishes dry. Very quenching. No bitterness. Low sweetness. No booziness.
F - medium-light body with appropriate carb.
O - damn near perfect brew for a beer snob to drink outside on a hot day. Very quenching, but still has some subtleties that keeps you wanting more.
