(From notes)

A - Vibrant, hazy orange-yellowish color that poured with next-to-no head

S - Sweetish flowery hop aroma; bit of piney-ness comes in; very flowery IPA

T - Flowery hop notes continue in the flavor, but a nice smack of pine juiciness plows through as well; solid malt backing, but not as sweet as suggested in the aroma; some grapefruit notes to finish

M - Medium to thinner MF; very subtle but present carbonation

D - Wonderfully drinkable, and had a couple of different hop aspects at work which made this more interesting that many other straight up hop bomb IPAs out there

A great deal of hops, but certainly not one-dimensional in the delivery. Great stuff

32oz growler from the De Cicco's in Ardsley. Purchased this past weekend. Served in a German beer boot.

Pours a slightly hazed light orange color with a good white head and lots of spotty lacing on the way down. The nose brings some floral and slightly piney hops. A moderate amount of grain there, unfortunately. A bit of some tannins as well. The flavor falls along the same lines. The grainy character really just takes over the beer a bit too much, though the hop profile is pretty nice. Light to medium body with a bit of alcohol and a nice bitterness to the finish. Pretty decent, but there's simply too much grain tannin to be super enjoyable.

32 ounce growler fill from DeCicco's in Ardsley, NY. $6.99

Pours hazed lighter almond amber, creamy eggshell white head, leaves a film, collar and loads of very fine sheets of lacing up and down the glass.

Delicate fruity and lightly hoppy nose.

Light, refreshing, subtle fruityness, moderate hop presence, whole wheat malts. Smooth and pleasantly drinkable. A hint of coriander, softly drying hops, moderate tropical fruit finish. Yum. Well crafted & well worth a try.

Reviewed on 9/20/2009. Growler from Big Z. Pours a hazy orange with a small white head. Aroma of citrus, caramel malt, and tropical fruits. Flavor of crackery malt initially with sweet fruits and citrus, followed by a bready/biscuity malt finish. Nice beer, very drinkable.

Thanks to JW77 for this growler filled at Bierkraft.

A: Pours a nice golden orange hue with a nice tall creamy head. Good retention and nice big chunks of lace left behind on the glass.

S: Rather floral. Hopped to the max. Strong notes of pine and more floral hops.

T: Not alot of malt here. Tons of rich (almost too pungent) floral hops. Bold bitter grapefruit rind. The finish is very earty and very resinous. Lots of lingering bittnerness.

M: Medium in body, nice carbonation.

D: Not the most drinkable, but it is tongue punishing hoppiness in a bottle. I like it.

64oz growler filled at Big Z in Huntington, NY. Served in a standard pint glass.

Cloudy/Hazy orange amber color with a off-white head that left lacing.
Citrus and piney hop aromas are very good.
Taste is bitter and hoppy with enough of a malt balance to keep things in check.
Medium bodied with good carbonation.
Good drinkability.

On draft at The Pony Bar, NYC.

Poured a cloudy medium copper hue with a half finger foamy white head. There was decent retention and good lacing.

The smell featured a heavy grapefruit hop with some pine notes. Some soft malts at the finish.

The taste consisted of a tongue burning citric hop.

The mouthfeel was typical of the style.

Overall one of the hoppiest beers I have ever had. Tasty.
