Pours a clear very pale straw color; the last pour from the can yields slight haze and a darker shade of orange. A large foam head retains well with lots of lacing.
Being of the Italian Pilsner variety, the generous dry hopping yields fragrant notes of grass, jasmine, tea and lemon. Malty aromas of cracker and biscuit add a sweetness that is also accompanied by notes of orange, peach and apricot.
Clean crisp cracker malt taste is well spiced with notes of jasmine, lemon, tea, grass and peppery yeast. Citrusy flavors throughout include notes of orange and lime, and pair well with floral spices and flavors of stone fruit. The bitterness is subtle but slowly developing in its assertiveness.
Light to medium bodied with a mostly crisp mouthfeel as well as smooth bready notes. Finish is dry with a nice combination of tart citrus flavors and a floral and lightly bitter linger. Carbonation is moderate to lively.
Nice Italian style Pilsner; well hopped and easy to crush. I would have again.
