Spring is here, and we’re ready for a walk down in DUMBO… Cobblestone streets, looking up at the bridges, and taking in the skyline. We wanted to capture that feeling with DUMBO WEISS. This 5.7% hefeweizen is a fluffy wheat beer that’s packed with notes of banana and clove for that PERFECT springtime sipper. We’ll meet ya in DUMBO

On draught at the brewery taproom in Battery Park City. A tidy weissbier with distinct US characteristics. More hoppy and more bitter than a classic Bavarian style. Lots of clove and banana with lemon citrus and a dry mouthfeel. Good on this warm Spring afternoon.
