got to try this one at special beer tasting in brooklyn one-off cask poured just for the event over at bierkraft
heard this one would be a wild beer i normally don't like those types let's give it a shot
beer poured with a pretty good head on it thats interesting considering its a cask beer but the head lingered for some time
smell absolutey incredible! deep roasted coffee malts some chocolate too and definitely sour tanginess in the background you could tell it was with some wild yeast or bacteria but not too much it was not offensive but real nice and bright there also you could smell the vanilla underneath
taste was big and bright the sour flavor actually pretty subdued very big hop presence it must have been dry hopped as confirmed by the server too
great beautiful mouthfeel almost creamy considering its a strong beer very nice i liked the combinations of flavors and textures here
overall such a treat to have been able to try this i hope i can try more of the one-offs from them i have liked everything so far

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
