5/6 of the way through a six-pack (best by 05 JAN 2025) picked up at the Mount Vernon Market: Good looking; dark-copper body, topped by two fingers of sudsy-white head. Bready malt nose. More bread & caramel malt taste. Medium-bodied with nice carbonation. Solid märzen.

Clear, amber color.Big, off-white head. Toasted malt, bread, and noble hops in the aroma. Malty taste with moderate hoppy bitterness. A good quality marzen.

Clear amber body with a white head. Big toast leads in all aspects. General malty notes with an earthy yeast and decent hop bitters. Higher carb creates a thinner, but not necessarily lighter body. Good but not great

Enjoying this one with playoff baseball. I wasn't aware that Sixpoint had a new marzen. Shows how out of the loop I am I guess. This has all the flavors in the right proximity and a classic look, with sweet head retention and a pretty orange color. Maybe a touch topo much carbonation but otherwise this hitting all the right notes.

Look is on the darker end of the Marzen spectrum. A redwood like complexion. Ample carbonation and a lingering head. Bready malt and a bit of spice on the nose. Really nice flavor. Caramel sweetness. Nice kiss of bitterness. A bit of a medicinal or metallic side to it but not at all unpleasant. Full bodied lager. Mouthfeel is on the heavier side. Overall, a pretty solid Marzen. It's early yet (seasonal creep be like that) but I think this has potential to stand out from the pack on the American side of things.
