On tap at the Brookfield location. Pours a crystal clear soft amber, about 1" of foam head, moderate retention and light lacing. Nose is nutty, toasted malts, Melba toast; baking spice and some sweetness. Taste offers toasted barley up front, which provides some moderate sweetness as well; hops are floral and earthy as would be expected. Definitely more malt-forward than I expected this would be, but not a bad thing. Feel was crisp and clean, and did not drink for its ABV.
