A light malt based ale using ginger root rather than hops as the preservative. Flavored with Pineapple for that Tropical Island feeling.

Pours a clear gold color with virtually no head. Aroma of tropical fruit juice. Taste is tangy pineapple and other tropical fruits. Sour, crisp and dry.
