Tasted by a half pint at the previously Cask&Cutler in Sheffield, served by a non-sparkler pour.
A: pale golden, with scattered foam on top of rather low carbonation.
S: pear and grapes, quite sour and I suspect the cask is off-ish.
T: sour white-grapey just like on the nose, backed by rather weak-bodied malts and hops, leaving some residual dry-ish undertone and nothing much else.
M&D: the flat mouthfeel shows the true problem of this half-pint, that it's really going off or the cask has very little to be pumped out.
