l: midnight brown, 2 fingers of mocha head, not a ton of retention but some decent lacing
s: mild bourbon with some coffee and chocolate. pretty mild for a BA porter
t: nice tasting beer, some bourbon, some coffee, some chocolate, a little toffee, not much detection of alcohol or booziness
m: this is where i felt the beer dissapointed a bit, a little thin for a porter, and esp. for a BA porter. lighter on the carbonation as expected with a BA beer
o: very nice BA porter. would definitely have again if looking for something BA'd with a manageable ABV. like i said above the mouthfeel was a little light and that was the major drawback for me. worth a try for sure.
