On tap at the brewery restaurant in Anacortes. Golden amber with a modest foam in the half-pint shaker. Just a light carbonation, but it tingles with acidity. Apple aroma with a nose of cider vinegar.
Some malty taste oozes through the tart tang. Plenty sour but not too vinegary. Sharp beginning with a long woody, barrel-flavor, and a grainy finish. Fermented apples and a touch of salt.

I had this beer on-tap in a snifter at WABL Belgianfest 2015.
Appearance: medium coppery-golden hue with a light haze and a thin layer of white foam. Not bad.
Smell: quite tart; it's almost vinegary in its tartness. There's a light funk with a little bit of farmhouse and grassiness. It's definitely an interesting aroma.
Taste: sweeter than I would have guessed from the smell. There's a bit of fruitiness and a much more moderate tartness than in the aroma. It's clean, and I like it a lot.
Mouthfeel: medium body with a decent carbonation and creaminess. Not too bad.
Overall: it's a very drinkable and tasty sour with some definite saison character. Good stuff.
