Another from the Rockfish, paired with grilled salmon sandwich and sweet potato fries. Malty, nutty, and mildly aromatic to say the least. Well balanced, and went down pretty easily. Not a style I can find often, but whenever I can find one, I really like them.

This must have been some of the last on tap being that is was a Xmas beer and I had a pint in mid March; however the aging of the beer probably smoothed out the finish and took away some sweetness( being a Dunkel). I really liked this beer as it was full bodied , kinda caramel like on the midbody and well balanced. Cool Seasonal and not too high in alcohol
