Served in pint glass. Poured a light garnet color with a nice fluffy head settled quickly leaving light lacing. Sharp, clean aromas feature a nice grain scent with a hint of hop spice. The flavors deliver a balanced flavor profile featuring those malts with that dry hop finish. Very good body that coats the tongue without overwhelming the tastebuds. Very drinkable, you could sit for a nice, long session with this beer and be very happy. A job well done by a solid brewery.

This beer was served on tap from a shaker pint glass at Red Bones. It poured clear amber with light head, and a surprising amount of lace.
The nose was dominated by malt, but was not over the top. Just a hint of roasted grain and a candy character with just a hint of hops. The taste has the bright malt character noted above, and the slight touch of hops. It has medium mouth feel and is very drinkable. Not too sweet, great expression of the style.
