Looked and smelled pretty good; taste was sweet but a bit odd; alcohol content was very good; strong flavor which I like; however, I would not try it again; there was something about the flavor that got worse the lower I got on the pint - I honestly had a little trouble finishing off the pint; I liked the first sip much better than the last.

Served in 16oz goblet. Poured a clean, clear reddish brown with about 1/4 inch of light tan head that dissipated quickly and left light lacing.
A very pleasant malt aroma greets the nose. There is a slight sweetness mingled with the fruit and yeast scents. The flavor is an amplified version of the aroma, fruit and yeast, with a sharp little kick on the finish.
The body is very good, full, round, solid and lingering, without being heavy or sticky. Drinkability is very good, these go down almost too easy.
Overall, a decent example of the style. Worth seeking out if you're in the area.
